150 gallons of diesel fuel stolen from semi 

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — Approximately 150 gallons of diesel fuel were stolen from a semi truck’s fuel tanks while it was parked over the weekend in the 4800 block of West US 10, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The theft was reported Monday, Jan. 9.

In a separate incident, Mason County sheriff’s deputies arrested a 33-year-old Manistee man after he turned himself in at the sheriff’s office on a felony car theft warrant issued by the Michigan State Police, Hart post, Monday, Jan. 9, shortly after 1 a.m.
