LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Nettles

-Michael Owen Nettles, 31, domestic violence third offense and second offense habitual offender; arrested Dec. 24 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 27; probable cause hearing: Jan. 4; bail: $50,000 cash.

Verboam

-Michaela Lou Verboam, 29, possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine) and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; arrested Dec. 3 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Dec. 27; probable cause hearing: Jan. 4; bail: $10,000 cash.

Lopez

-Loreto Ulises Lopez, 24, fourth-degree arson; arrested Nov. 27 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 27; probable cause hearing: Jan. 4; bail: $250/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Courtney Sue O’Connell, 35, domestic violence; arrested Dec. 26 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Dec. 28; pretrial: Jan. 23; bail: $250 cash.
