51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Dec. 15, 2022

LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced for felony crimes on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2022 in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court. 

Buck

– Garrett Scott Buck, 30: Count 1, assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault), one day in jail with credit for one day served, two days probation; count 2, domestic violence, dismissed, fines/fees.

Catania

– Donald Catania, 67: Count 1, controlled substance delivery/manufacture of marijuana 5 to 45 kilograms, dismissed; count 2, controlled substance, second or subsequent offense, five days in jail with credit for five days served, 12 months probation, fines/fees. 

Miller

– Ronald Scott Miller, 57: Count 1, financial transaction device, stealing/retaining without consent, three days in jail with credit for three days served, three years program, fines/fees.

– Stacey Roy Swiatlowski, 50: Count 1, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, two days in jail with credit for two days served, 11 months probation, fines/fees.
