LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Alexander
-Michael Allen Alexander, 29, aggravated stalking and third offense habitual offender; arrested July 1, 2021 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 23; probable cause hearing: Dec. 7; bail: $500/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Megan Verona Kurpinski, embezzlement by an agent or trustee less than $200; arrested Aug. 13 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 17; plea and sentencing: Dec. 5; bail: $250 cash.
-Doyle Paul Kenyon, 25; larceny less than $200; arrested Oct. 14 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 21; pretrial: Nov. 28; bail: $1,000/10 percent.
-Randolph Joseph Bowman, 58, domestic violence; arrested Oct. 24 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 22; pretrial: Dec. 12; bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
-Wyatt James Back, 18, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance); arrested Nov. 11; arraigned Nov. 17; pretrial: Dec. 12; bail: $250 cash.
-Michael Jason Braun, 34, domestic violence; arrested Nov. 19 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 23; pretrial: Dec. 12; bail: $250 cash.
-Andrew Leonard Lyewski, 31, operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Nov. 19 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Nov. 23; pretrial: Jan. 9; bail: $250 cash.
-Daniel Michael Fitch, 41, driving while license suspended; arrested Oct. 22 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Nov. 17; pretrial: Dec. 5; bail: personal recognizance.
-Richard Adam Jacob , 60, baiting deer in a restricted county; arrested Nov. 5 by Department of Natural Resources; arraigned Nov. 17; pretrial: Dec. 5; bail: personal recognizance.
