Candidate forum scheduled for Thursday at WSCC
VICTORY TOWNSHIP — A candidate forum is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. in the North Lounge of the West Shore Community College Administration & Conference Building. The forum is sponsored by Ludington & Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce, Mason County Press, Ludington Daily News, and WMOM radio. Featured will be candidates in contested races for Mason County Commission, Ludington mayoral race, Michigan House of Representatives, and Michigan Senate.
The event will also be live-streamed on Mason County Press’s Facebook page along with the Ludington & Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce Facebook page and WMOM’s Facebook page. Questions will be asked by Brandy Miller, president and CEO of the Chamber, Rob Alway, editor-in-chief/owner of MCP, David Bossick, managing editor of Ludington Daily News, and Chris Nicholas, owner/operator of WMOM. Steve Begnoche, retired managing editor of LDN will be moderator.
