Nancy Lou Wymer of Ludington was a caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She left this world at age 79 on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Nancy went to be with the Lord after complications of stroke and heart failure. She was born to Claude and Florence Wymer on October 22, 1942.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Richard Wymer; her sister, Ruth Keeler; her niece, Heidi Wondergem; and her great-nephew, Richie Wondergem II.

She is survived by her daughter, Wendy (Doug) Schoen; granddaughter, Brandy (Austin) LaVigne; great-grandchildren, Sage, Briar, Aspen; son, Troy (Robin) Wymer; grandchildren, Shane Wymer, Amanda Wymer; sister, Lois Rookus; and many nieces and nephews.

Nancy was very independent. She loved spending time visiting with family and reminiscing. Nancy loved her family so very much and enjoyed family gatherings. Her famous mashed potatoes were the best! She was a selfless person…always helping and giving, even with the very little she had. Nancy was a strong believer in Jesus Christ and relentless at praying for people.
