LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Zuniga

-Ronnie Cuellar Zuniga, 55; possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), possession of a controlled substance (analogues), fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested Oct. 29, 2021 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Oct. 5; probable cause hearing: Oct. 19; bond: $25,000 cash.

Jansma

-Jason Larry Jansma, 46; two counts of breaking and entering and second offense habitual offender; arrested Feb. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Oct. 5; probable cause hearing: Oct. 19; bail: $50,000 cash.

Persinger

-James Loring Persinger, 45; fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (victim between age 13-16) and fourth-offense habitual offender; arrested: June 8 by Michigan State Police; arraigned: Sept. 29; probable cause hearing: Oct. 12; bail: $50,000 cash.

Martin

-Donald Lawrence Martin, 49; interfering with an electronic communications device and second-offense habitual offender; arrested: Sept. 9 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Oct. 4; probable cause hearing: Oct. 12; bail: $5,000 personal recognizance. 

Shivley

-Paul Alan Shivley, 46; stalking; arrested: Sept. 28 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Oct. 5; probable cause hearing: Oct. 19; bail: $50,000 cash.

Misdemeanors

-Devin Joshua Dulyea, 32; driving while license suspended; arrested: Nov. 14, 2021 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 29; pretrial: Oct. 17; bail: $250 cash.

-Donald William Oudman, 81; malicious destruction of property between $200-$1,000; arrested: Nov. 1, 2021 by Michigan State Police; arraigned: Sept. 29; pretrial: Oct. 10; bail: $500 personal recognizance.

-Bradley Leroy Fowler, 25; trespassing and malicious destruction of property under $200; arrested: Sept. 15  by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 29; pretrial: Oct. 10; bail: personal recognizance.

-Randolph Scott Sarnowski, 34; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested: Sept. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 29; pretrial: Oct. 31; bail: $250 cash.

-Zachary Scott West, 30; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Sept. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 29; pretrial: Oct. 24; bail: $250 cash.

-Alexander Christopher McGarry, 34; operating a vehicle while intoxicated; arrested Sept. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 29; pretrial: Oct. 31; bail: $250 cash.

-Timothy Edward Nelson, 62; driving while license suspended; arrested Sept. 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 29; pleaded guilty.

-Rachel Lily Short, 43; driving with an expired license; arrested Sept. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 29; pretrial: Oct. 17; bail: personal recognizance.
