LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Antcliff

-Tracy Lee Antcliff, 49; first degree home invasion; arrested Sept. 8 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 9; bond: $10,000 cash; probable cause hearing: Sept. 21.

Hernandez

-Oscar Leon Hernandez, 29; assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer, interfering with an electronic communications device and domestic violence; arrested Sept. 10 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 13; bond: $10,000/10 percent; probable cause hearing: Sept. 28.

Baareman

-Kevin Jon Baareman, 36; fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct – force or coercion; arrested Aug. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 14; bond: $750/10 percent; probable cause hearing: Sept. 28.

Lamadline

-Robert Alan Lamadline, 31; two counts of carrying a concealed weapon; arrested Sept. 7 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Sept. 8; bond: $5,000 personal recognizance; probable cause hearing: Sept. 21.

Misdemeanors

-William O’Neal Shinn, 21; third-degree retail fraud; arrested Aug. 16 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 8; bond: $500 personal recognizance; pretrial: Oct. 3.

-James Shanklin, 59; animals running at large; arrested July 23 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 8; bond: personal recognizance; pretrial: Oct. 10.

-Benito Hernandez, 64; disorderly drunk person; arrested Sept. 4 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 8; pleaded guilty.

-Brent Alexander Swain, 25; aggravated assault; arrested Sept. 1 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned: Sept. 12; bond: $250/10 percent; pretrial: Oct. 3.

-Petro Thomas Vagenas, Jr., 40; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 27 by Michigan State Police; arraigned: Sept. 8; bond: personal recognizance; pretrial: Oct. 3.

-Brandy Marie Haan, 39; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 17 by Michigan State Police; arraigned: Sept. 8; bond: personal recognizance; pretrial: Oct. 3.

-Connie Marie Dust, 43; driving while license suspended; arrested Aug. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 8; bond: personal recognizance; pretrial: Sept. 26.

-Justyce Victor Gillespie, 18; driving with an invalid license; arrested Aug. 25 by Ludington Police Department; arraigned: Sept. 8; bond: personal recognizance; pretrial: Oct. 17.
