The following is recent activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office: 

Friday, Sept. 2, 2022

• 2:11 p.m.: Single vehicle crash, no injuries, Angling Road and Jebavy Drive, Hamlin Township. 
• 8:43 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Angling Road north of Manales Road, Victory Township. 
• 9:30 p.m.: Two vehicle broadside crash, with injuries, northbound US 31 off-ramp at Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township. A 20-year-old Grandville woman received non-life-threatening injuries after the vehicle she was riding in was broadsided as it attempted to pull onto Pere Marquette Highway from northbound US 31 off-ramp. Life EMS and Pere Marquette Township Fire Department were also on scene. 

Saturday, Sept. 3, 2022

• 11:23 a.m.: Two vehicle broadside crash, no injuries, Hawley and Custer roads, Eden Township. 
• 12:52 p.m.: Two vehicle, rear-end crash, no injuries, US 10 east of Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township. 
• 6:13 p.m.: Two vehicle crash, no injuries, M-116 south of the Ludington State Park, Hamlin Township. 
• 8:29 p.m.: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Benson Road north of Decker Road, Sheridan Township. 

Sunday, Sept. 4, 2022

• 6:02 p.m.: Two vehicle hit and run crash, no injuries, US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township. 
• 6:59 p.m.: A 28-year-old Harbor Springs man was cited following a traffic stop for no operator’s license, US 10 and Reek Road, Custer Township. 
• 11:05 p.m.: A 30-year-old Branch man was arrested on an outstanding felony, carry concealed weapon, out of Ionia County, 6500 block of East South Street, Branch Township.
