LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Burba

-Andrew George Burba, 32; two counts of assaulting/resisting a police officer; offense date: Aug. 9; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 22; bond: $1,000/10 percent; probable cause hearing Sept. 2.

Haynes

-Jessica Lynn Haynes, 27; two counts of assaulting/resisting a police officer, fourth-degree child abuse and defrauding an innkeeper; offense date: Aug. 21; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 22; bond: $10,000 cash; probable cause hearing Sept. 2.

Carsten

-Corey Evan Carsten, 36; assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault) and assault and battery; offense date: Aug. 22; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 23; bond: $5,000/10 percent; probable cause hearing Sept. 2.

Misdemeanors

-Nickolas Joseph Amaya, 45; operating a vehicle while in the presence of drugs and second-offense driving while license suspended; offense date: July 16; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 23; bond: $250 cash; pretrial Sept. 19.

-Peggy Susan Lohse, 70; operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor; offense date: May 31; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 23; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance; pretrial Aug. 29.

-Gary Lee Dayton, 70; second-offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving while license suspended; offense date: July 17; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 18; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance; pretrial Sept. 26.

-Alberto Ramos-Arrego, 37; second-offense driving while license suspended; offense date Aug. 9; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 18; bond: personal recognizance; pretrial Sept. 26.

-Gregory William Mayzes, 47; domestic violence; offense date Aug. 21; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 22; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance; pretrial Sept. 19.

-Amber Ann Howell, 40; malicious destruction of property less than $200; offense date Aug. 20; arrested by Mason County Sheriff’s Office; arraigned Aug. 22; bond: $2,500 personal recognizance; pretrial Sept. 19.

-Bryant Ray Selby, 26; operating without security (no vehicle insurance) and driving while license suspended; offense date Aug. 6; arrested by Michigan State Police; arraigned Aug. 18; bond: personal recognizance; pretrial: Aug. 29.

-Richard Lee Beck, 49; driving with an expired license; offense date July 31; arrested by Ludington Police Department; arraigned Aug. 18; pleaded guilty and ordered to pay $250 fine.

-Robert Charles Rodgers, 56; driving with an expired license; offense date Aug. 4; arrested by Department of Natural Resources; arraigned Aug. 18; bond: personal recognizance; pretrial Aug. 29.
