Woman arrested for slashing tire.

SHERIDAN TOWNSHIP — A 40-year-old Fountain woman was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies Saturday, Aug. 20, shortly after 10 p.m. ​for slashing a tire on a vehicle in the 2300 block of North 32nd Street, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The suspect was arrested following a 911 call from the victim reporting a tire on his vehicle was slashed, said Sheriff Cole.

  • 4:25 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Lakeshore Drive north of No Name Road, Hamlin Township.
  • 4:46 p.m,. (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 31 off-ramp to Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
  •  7:31 p.m,. (MCSO), a 33-year-old Fountain woman was arrested on two outstanding criminal bench warrants, 6600 block of East Borowski Road, Sheridan Township.
  • 8:20 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), ​a 55-year-old Ludington woman was cited for driving with a revoked license, Lakeshore Drive and Bryant Road, City of Ludington.

Saturday, Aug. 20, 2022:

  • 1:31 a.m., (MCSO), a 30-year-old Fountain woman was arrested on an outstanding contempt of court warrant issued in Mason County for a driving while license suspended (DWLS) charge, 2400 block of North 21st Street, Sheridan Township.
  • 5:23 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 east of Nelson Road, Pere Marquette Township.
  • ​10:12 a.m., (LPD), a ​31-year-old Ludington woman was cited for DWLS, Washington Avenue and Bryant Road, City of Ludington.
  • 4 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 9:17 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $40 in fuel stolen, Ludington EZ Mart, 5900 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

Sunday, Aug. 21, 2022:

  • 1:12 a.m., (MCSO), larceny, 8500 block of East Decker Road, Branch Township. MCSO will be seeking a warrant for larceny  on a 27-year-old Knoxville, Tennessee woman related to the alleged theft of numerous items from a home.
  • ​1:57 a.m.,  (LPD), a 32-year-old Ludington man was cited for driving while license revoked on an unregistered moped, Harrison Street and Pere Marquette​ Highway, City of Ludington.
  • 4:31 p.m., (MCSO), ​a 47-year-old Ludington man was arrested for domestic violence following a 911 call reporting an assault, South Wildwood Drive, Amber Township.
