LOGAN TOWNSHIP — The Ruby Creek Tavern held its annual Thunder in the Creek on Saturday, Aug. 20. The 16th annual event raises funds for disabled veterans. It kicked off with a noon parade on Washington Road, on the county line between Mason and Oceana counties. The event also featured an ATV run, motorcycle run, kiddie games, chicken drop and duck race, along with fireworks in the evening. Photos by Rob Alway, editor-in-chief.
