Obituary: Roger Taylor, 68, of Scottville. 

Roger Alfred Taylor, 68, of Scottville, passed away on August 1, 2022. He was born on September 22, 1953, in Ludington, to Glenn and Catherine (Hathaway) Taylor Sr. 

Roger was employed for many years by the Harrington Tool Company as a tool and die maker. Those that knew Roger admired his personality. He was very social and made friends wherever he went. Roger was an active man with many hobbies. He loved to be outdoors. Whether he was hunting and fishing or getting active by playing golf or pitching softballs. When he wasn’t being an outdoorsman you could find him testing his luck at any casino. 

Roger is survived by his brothers; Jim (Lisa) Taylor of Bristol, Conn., Larry (Rita) Taylor of Davison, Harlo Taylor of Ludington, and Glenn (Johnette) Taylor Jr. of Ludington; and numerous nieces and nephews who all loved him very much.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents: Glenn Taylor Sr. and Catherine (Hathaway) Taylor; infant brothers: Jesse Taylor and Keith Taylor; and nephew Duke Taylor of Bristol, Conn. 

According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and no service is planned at this time. Arrangements were entrusted to Oak Grove Funeral Home of Ludington, www.oakgroveludington.com.
