Obituary: Gerald Storm, 70, of Scottville. 

Gerald Storm, 70, of Scottville, passed away Saturday July 23 2022. He was born May 13, 1952 in Ludington to Paul and Lois (Lemire) Storm Sr.

Gerald spent many years operating and owning Storms Excavating from his home.

In his later years Gerald enjoyed selling campfire wood in the summer months.  Some of his hobbies were deer hunting, having bonfires, and picnicking at his favorite river spot, he was also very passionate about animals especially the birds in his back yard. Gerald was also a talented wood carver.

Gerald is survived in his death by his caretakers and best friends Renee Pickard, and Dustin Pickard; daughter, Chauntell McCormick; brothers Steve (Susan Erzem) Storm, Tim (Barb) Storm, Paul (Aubrey) Storm; sisters Laurie Storm, Linda (Archie) Gleason; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Gerald was preceded in his death by his son Nathen (Nate Storm); mother,Lois Storm; and father, Paul Storm Sr.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Riverton Center Cemetery on West Hawley Road.
