Scottville man arrested for concealing brass knuckles.

AMBER TOWNSHIP — A 39-year-old Scottville man was arrested Monday, April 18 at 7:18 p.m. by Mason County Sheriff’s Office deputies and charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Following a traffic stop near Johnson and Dennis roads he was reportedly found to be in possession of brass knuckles. 

Other police activity for Monday, April 18 included: 

  • 7:33 a.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO): Single vehicle rollover crash, no injuries, Rasmussen Road east of Meyers Road, Amber Township. Pere Marquette Township Fire Department assisted. 
  • 4:26 p.m., MCSO: Retail fraud, a female subject is under investigation following a complaint of under-ringing items at the Walmart self-checkout, 4854 W. US 10. 
  • 11:41 p.m., MCSO: A 28-year-old Ludington man was arrested for domestic violence, Wildwood Crossing, Amber Township.
