LUDINGTON — The Ludington High School Varsity Girls Basketball Team left for the state semi-finals this morning, with their classmates, families and members of the community sending them off. Students and parents lined the halls of the middle school and high school as the team walked through. A parade, led by emergency vehicles then led them to Ludington Elementary School and then downtown before they left town for East Lansing.

The Orioles will splay Detroit Edison at 7:30 p.m. at the Breslin Center. The finals will be played on Saturday.
