The following is recent police activity in Mason County: 

Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022:

• 12:01 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), single-car rollover crash, no injury, Stiles Road near Townline Road, Victory Township.
• 5:55 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 at Wildwood Crossings, Amber Township.
• 5:59 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Pere Marquette Highway at US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
• 7:04 a.m., (MCSO), a 30-year-old Lake County man was arrested for an outstanding Lake County DNR warrant following a traffic stop, US 10 near Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township. He was lodged at the Mason County Jail.
• 7:26 a.m., (MCSO), alarm, 9000 block of East US 10, Branch Township.
• 10:39 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, US 10 at Wildwood Crossings, Amber Township. A 68-year-old Mason County woman sought treatment at Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital for minor injuries.
• 11:01 a.m., (MCSO), single-vehicle crash, no injury, Lakeshore Drive near Anderson Road, Summit Township.
• 5:50 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Beyer Road near US 31, Victory Township.
• ​9:38 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), ​a 24-year-old Rothbury man was arrested on three outstanding failure to appear warrants, Washington Avenue and Danaher​ Street, City of Ludington. Two warrants were issued in Newaygo County on charges of retail fraud and operating without insurance, and the third warrant was issued in Muskegon County for a traffic offense. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

Thursday, Feb. 24, 2022:

• 12:26 a.m., (MCSO), a 46-year-old Ludington man was cited for operating with an expired license following a traffic stop, US 10 at Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
