FOUNTAIN — Today, on MCP’s Full Court Press, Toni Swinehart speaks with drag racer Madisyn McCormick. Madisyn, 22, is the daughter of Kristina Thompson and Jeremy McCormick. She has been drag racing since she was 8-years-old alongside her father. She is the third generation of McCormicks to drag race, a family tradition that was started by her grandfather, Jerry McCormick. Madisyn is a 2017 graduate of Mason County Eastern High School and attends Ferris State University where she plans to obtain a bachelor’s degree this spring with a major in early childhood development.
