Firefighters quickly stop Sixth Street house fire. 

LUDINGTON — Ludington Fire Department responded to a house fire Thursday, Dec. 16 at 405 E. Sixth St. The department was called at 8:04 p.m. to what was dispatched as a house filling up with smoke with an electrical smell. Firefighters were able to contain the fire within 15 minutes of arrival but remained on scene until about 10 p.m. 

Ludington Police Department also assisted on the scene.
