The following is recent activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office:

Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2021:

• 5:45 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Hawley Road west of Darr Road, Eden Township.
• 7:53 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Millerton Road west of Morse Road, Sheridan Township.
• 6:18 p.m., a 63-year-old Fountain man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop, US 10 near Meyers Road, Pere Marquette Township.

Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021:

• 6:26 p.m., larceny, 300 block of South Madison Street, Village of Custer. The complainant reported a wheelbarrow was stolen.
