LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Burkholder

-Berline Cadeau Burkholder, 18, of 6854 W. Sugar Grove Rd., Sheridan Township was arrested June 5 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: June 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance. 

Miller

-Stephanie Ann Miller, 31, of 6237 W. Decker Rd., Hamlin Township, was arrested June 3 by MCSO on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: June 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Howell

-Jonah Thomas Howell, 22, of 2171 N. Reek Rd., Sherman Township, was arrested April 23 by MCSO on a felony charge of fourth degree fleeing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: TBD. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance. 

Jones

-Jarred Lee Jones, 21, of 106 N. Crowley St., Scottville, was arrested May 2 by MCSO on a felony charge of malicious destruction of personal property. Probable cause hearing: TBD. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance. 

Sobers

-Jaralee Chaloux Sobers, 37, of 4309 N. Jebavy Dr., Hamlin Township, was arrested July 30 by MCSO on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (narcotic/cocaine), possession of a controlled substance (analogues) an possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: June 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance. 

Cory

-Alexander Joseph Cory, 20, of 591 E. Wilson Rd., Custer Township, was arrested April 17 by MCSO on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Probable cause hearing: TBD. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Lefler

-Nancy Ann Lefler, 65, of 770 W. Deer Run Rd., Grant Township, was arrested June 8 on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Probable cause hearing: June 23 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Bothwell

-David Duane Bothwell, 44, no address listed, was arrested June 5 by MCSO on a felony charge of larceny by conversion ($1,000 – $20,000). Probable cause hearing: June 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Mortensen

-Daniel Wayne Mortensen, 42, of 5682 W. Johnson Rd., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested June 7 by MCSO on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Probable cause hearing: June 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

 

 

Misdemeanors

-Anthony Charles Henson, 30, of 936 E. Maple St., Battle Creek; June 4; Ludington Police Department (LPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: June 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $750 cash.

-Fred Arthur Christmas, 62, of E. Garfield Rd., New Era; June 3; MCSO; second offense domestic violence. Pretrial: June 21 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $500 personal recognizance. 

-Daniel Thys Malburg, 37, no address listed, Ludington; May 31; LPD; second offense domestic violence. Pretrial: June 28 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Ronnie Zuniga, Jr., 37, of 705 E. Dowland St., Ludington; June 2; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: June 14 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Cristy Ann Pider, 38, of 7550 E. Yonker, Hesperia; March 6; driving while license suspended (DWLS) and forgery/alteration of a driver’s license. Pretrial: June 14 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $500 cash.
