The following is activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office Thursday, April 22, 2021:

  • 7:05 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Chauvez Road east of Morton Road, Riverton Township.
  • 7:30 a.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 south of Free Soil Road, Free Soil Township.
  • 10:08 a.m., a 37-year-old Branch man was arrested on an outstanding Mason County warrant for operating while intoxicated, 7800 block of Navajo Trail, Branch Township.
  • 1:40 p.m., a 28-year-old Ludington man was arrested for disorderly person following a 911 call reporting a disturbance at Walmart, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. 
  • 7:32 p.m., a 25-year-old Manistee man was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant in Mason County, sheriff’s office, City of Ludington.
  • 10:07 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Landon Road, Branch Township.
  • 11:15 p.m., alarm activation, Pere Marquette Township.
