Right to Life oratorical winners.

HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — On March 13 high school students from around the area competed in the annual local Right to Life of Michigan Educational Oratorical contest. Students are required to write and speak on the topics of abortion, euthanasia, infanticide, and stem cell research or cloning. The event was held at Lighthouse Baptist Church. Winners were: First place, Malakai Honyoust, 10th grade home schooled student from Ludington; second place, Piper Salmon, 11th grade, Manistee High School;  third place, Bergan Johnson, 12th grade, Michigan Virtual Academy; runner up, Faith Jensen, 12th grade, Ludington High School.
