LUDINGTON — A 43-year-old Ludington man was arrested by Ludington Police Department near the intersection of Lavinia and Filer streets Thursday, March 11 and charged with driving while license suspended, fleeing and eluding, and resisting arrest.

According to a press release from LPD, the officer pulled the man over because the officer knew the man did not have a valid driver’s license.  After the officer told the man he was under arrest, the man told the officer, “I’m pulling my car to my house, man.  I’ll see you at my house, dog.”  The man then drove from the traffic stop about one city block and parked his car in the alley, rolled up his window, and exited his car.  He was arrested and lodged in the Mason County Jail.
