LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court.

Felonies

Barnhart

– Quinten Tyler Barnhart, 21, of 1544 Thistledown Place, Okemos, was arrested June 16, 2019 by Michigan State Police, Hart Post and charged with accosting a child for immoral purposes (with formal arraignment taking place this week). A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on May 13, 2020. Bail was set at $10,000, cash surety.

McMaster

– Lindsay Anne McMaster, 23, 819 E. Loomis St., Ludington, was arrested April 28, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on May 13, 2020. Bail was set at $2,500, 10% deposit.

Misdemeanors

– Brandon David Schultz, 18, of 6936 N. Darr Rd., Free Soil Township, was arrested on April 26, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated or under controlled substance (OWI). A pretrial hearing is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. on June 1, 2020. Bail: $2,500, 10%.

– Genevieve Margaret-Mary Davis, 50, of 210 E. Filer St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested April 29, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with OWI. Pretrial: 11 a.m., June 15, 2020. Bail: $2,500, personal recognizance.

– Brandi Nicole Lester, 27, of 1092 Brandy Lane, Pere Marquette Township, was arrested on April 28, 2020 by Ludington Police Department and charged with domestic violence. Pretrial: 9 a.m., June 15, 2020. Bail, $2,500, personal recognizance.

– Christopher Joseph Sekenske, 24, 910 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested on March 29, 2020 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office and charged with assault and battery. Pretrial, 11:15 a.m., June 15, 2020. Bail, $7,500, 10%.
