LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

King

-Robert Allen King, 28, of 3752 W. Van Buren, Hart, was arrested Dec. 10 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of delivery/manufacturing methamphetamine. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Sekenske

-Christopher Joseph Sekenske, Jr., 24, of 906 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested Dec. 9 by LPD on felony charges of assault/resisting/obstructing police and two counts of third degree fleeing from police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of third degree retail fraud. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Kropf

-Dustin Thomas Kropf, 32, of 3523 Hawley St., Muskegon, was arrested Dec. 2 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of uttering and publishing. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Kraus

-Charles Martin Kraus, 49, of 1214 N. Washington Ave., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Dec. 11 by LPD on a felony charge of larceny by conversion. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Mayse

-Alexander Cole Mayse, 20, of High St., Custer, was arrested June 1 by LPD on a felony charge of first degree criminal sexual conduct. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

-Jason Joel Farmer, 31, of 5834 Sixth St., Ludington; Dec. 17; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 6 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Kristy Lee Purple, 47, of 1165 Pineway, Ludington; Dec. 16; MCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: Jan. 6 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Christian William Clark, 21, of 89 S. Stephens Rd., Branch Township; Dec. 7; MCSO; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Joseph Allen Schwiderson, 29, of 7249 White Swan Lane, Hamlin Township; Nov. 12; Michigan State Police (MSP); malicious use of a telecommunications device. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Michael Scott O’Brien, 50, of 3079 N. Tuttle Rd., Sherman Township; Dec. 9; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no car insurance). Pretrial: Dec. 23 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Curt Douglas York, 48, of 103 W. Haight St., Ludington; Dec. 11; LPD; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Dylan James Hansen, 26, of 71 S. Campbell Rd., Branch Township; Dec. 13; MCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
