Re-Think event hopes to attract workers to Mason Co.

LUDINGTON — On Wednesday, Nov. 27, several area companies and non-profit organizations are coming together to show attendees about job opportunities in Mason County. Re-Think West Michigan is a networking opportunity for those who are home for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, to interface directly with area business recruiters and human resources professionals about current and future career opportunities in Mason County. The event will be held during the Ludington and Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours event from 5-7 p.m. at the Stearns Hotel.

Ludington is one of six cities in West Michigan hosting events on the same night which targets candidates who are living outside of west Michigan and are interested in relocating. This is a unique chance for job seekers to network with nine area employers, discuss available career opportunities, and to how their talents may be used in Mason County.

The event is free and includes appetizers and drinks for attendees. Pre-registration is encouraged at  www.rethinkwm.com.
