A winter weather advisory will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are possible for Mason, Lake, Oceana, Newaygo and Muskegon counties. Slippery road conditions may develop and snow will be heavy and wet, resulting in downed tree limbs and possible power outages. The heaviest snow is expected midday through the afternoon hours.
