1st degree criminal sexual conduct tops District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Kelley

-Brandon Raymond Kelley, 19, of 902 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 8, Ludington, was arrested May 15 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of first degree criminal sexual conduct (victim under the age of 13). Probable cause hearing: Nov. 6 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.

Hill

-Anthony Craig Hill, 51, of 710 N. Delia St., Ludington, was arrested Sept. 22 on a felony charge of third offense domestic violence. Probably cause hearing: Nov. 6 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

-Anna Lee Cosme, 43, of 4 N. 88th St., Apt. 104, Hart; Oct. 27; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Nov. 25 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Jaqueline Martinez, 28, of 403 S. Harrison St., Ludington; Oct. 28; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 18 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Israel Flores, Jr., 43, of 102 E. Whittier St., Ludington; Oct. 6; LPD; malicious destruction of personal property. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-David Alexander Schultz, 25, of 713 Diana St., Ludington; Sept. 12; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Yvette Zuniga, 33, of 2725 N. US 31, Victory Township; Oct. 4; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Brandon James Mitchell, 28, of 511 N. James St., Ludington; Sept. 24; LPD; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Oct. 28 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jeromy Richard Sobers, 43, of 4716 N. Beaune Rd., Hamlin Township; Sept. 8; LPD; false pretense. Pretrial: Nov. 25 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-John Christopher Seymour, 53, no address listed; Oct. 25; MCSO; attempted larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Holly May Thomas, 31, of 1346 E. Madison, Apt. 1, Hart; Oct. 29; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Nicolas Adam Davis, 28, of 634 Fuller Ave. SE, Apt. 1, Grand Rapids; Oct. 27; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
