City manager to hold remote office hours at Book Mark.

LUDINGTON — City Manager Mitch Foster will hold remote office hours on Friday, Sept. 20 at The Book Mark, 201 S. Rath Ave., from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., breaking for lunch. Anyone from the public is welcome to visit him there with questions, conversations, or concerns.
