Fin & Feather Club offering pistol classes.

SHERMAN TOWNSHIP — The Fin & Feather Club will offer two pistol classes in the next two months. On Saturday, Sept. 7, the club will offer a Ladies’ Basic Pistol Class and on Friday, Oct. 4 and Saturday, Oct. 5, the club will offer a Concealed Pistol License (CPL) class.

Ladies’ Basic Pistol Class: Women will learn to handle a pistol and will have the opportunity to shoot. Cost is $20 per person. Contact instructor Jim Glover to sign up, 231-845-5661.

Concealed Pistol License class: Upon successful completion of this class students will be eligible to apply for a Michigan concealed pistol license. Cost is $50 for club members and $100 for non club members.

The two-day class will be held on Friday, Oct. 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. and all day Saturday, Oct. 5, with live range shooting to take place in the afternoon.
