The following is recent police activity in Mason County:

Monday, July 29, 2019:

– 12:32 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 26-year-old homeless man was arrested for probation violation after he was found to be consuming intoxicants, which is a violation of his probation, US 10 and Nelson Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 12:21 p.m., (Michigan State Police), domestic assault, 5000 block of Meisenheimer Road, Summit Township.

– 8:30 p.m., (MCSO), hit-and-run crash, no injury, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 10:45 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road east of Stiles Road, Victory Township.

Tuesday, July 30, 2019:

– 12:37 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 48-year-old Ludington man was arrested for domestic violence and home invasion, 700 block of East Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington.

– 12:52 p.m., (MCSO), three-vehicle crash, no injury, Ludington Avenue and Staffon Street, City of Ludington.

– 6:31 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $60 in fuel stolen, Airport EZ Mart, 5400 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 9:30 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Rasmussen Road and Lancer Lane, Pere Marquette Township.
