A graveside service for Philip and Gloria (Rodriguez) Raskey and will be held Monday, July 8, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Lakeview Cemetery in Ludington, Rev. Wayne B. Wheeler Jr., officiating. Philip John Raskey, 76, of Ludington died on April 9, 2012.
