VICTORY TOWNSHIP — Triplet heifers were born Friday, April 19, at the Larsen Farm on Sugar Grove Road. “This is an incredibly rare occurrence,” said Leta Larsen. “Studies say the odds range from 1 in 100,000 chances to 1 in 400,000 chances of all heifer triplets born healthy. Definitely a weekend to remember for all of us on the farm. Our crew did a great job monitoring the birth and processing the calves to ensure they will be the healthiest they can be.”
