LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

-Sharlene Flores, 41, of 605 Kosciusko, Manistee, pleaded guilty Mar. 19 to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) and was sentenced to 33 days in jail with credit for three days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; must complete alcohol highway safety education; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; and $1,295 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS. A charge of careless driving was dismissed.

-Loreto Ulises Lopez, 20, of 512 E. Danaher St., Ludington, pleaded guilty Mar. 19 to third offense minor in possession of alcohol and was sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for 15 days served; 60 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; must continue current counseling program with CMH; and $535 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Allen Perry Mears, 49, of 110 N. Washington Ave., Ludington, pleaded guilty Mar. 19 to second offense OWI and was sentenced to 31 days in jail with credit for three days served; one year discretionary jail for two years; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana or controlled substances without a prescription; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; the vehicle used in the offense must be immobilized or forfeited; must obtain substance abuse counseling; and $1,725 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Brandon Scott Thrailkill, 25, no address listed, pleaded no contest Mar. 20 to third degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 24 days in jail with credit for 24 days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana or controlled substances without a prescription; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must continue current counseling program; and $770 in fines/costs.

-Ference Antonio Perez, 59, of 525 Cherry St., Baldwin, pleaded guilty Mar. 19 to OWI and was sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs; vehicle used in the offense must be immobilized or forfeited; must attend outpatient counseling; and $1,295 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Jean Ann Lopatkow, 35, of 707 E. Vernon, Rosebush, Michigan, pleaded guilty Mar. 19 to domestic violence and was sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must comply with all programs and recommendations of Stepping Stones; and 12 months of probation. A charge of aggravated assault was dismissed.

-David Michael Krajkiewicz, 47, of 3929 Hess St., Norton Shores, pleaded no contest Mar. 25 to assault and battery and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must take all medications as prescribed; CMH to devise diversion plan and make certain it is followed; must follow all rules of the household and comply with all recommendations from CMH; and 24 months of probation. Fines/costs are suspended. A charge of assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.

-Douglas Andrew Fulton, 59, of 865 N. Amber Rd., Amber Township, pleaded guilty Mar. 19 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OWIL) and was sentenced to two days jail with credit for two days served; 30 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; must complete alcohol highway safety education; and $870 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Steven Robert Gray, 59, of 506 E. Danaher St., Apt. 2, Ludington, pleaded guilty Mar. 25 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; must no play loud music anywhere it may disturb the peace or tranquility of the neighborhood, 12 months of probation; and $285 in fines/costs.

-Erica Hope Carey, 38, of 3441 S. Masten Rd., Logan Township, pleaded guilty Mar. 20 to disorderly person jostling and was sentenced to 24 days in jail with credit for 24 days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; must have a substance abuse evaluation; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana or controlled substances without a prescription; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; no contact with the victim; and $285 in fines/costs. A charge of domestic violence was dismissed.

-Emily Morgan Voorheis, 26, of 401 ½ Sibben St., Manistee, pleaded guilty Mar. 19 to operating a vehicle while impaired by a controlled substance and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must maintain and keep employment; must continue current outpatient counseling; $1,050 in fines/costs; and $921.74 in restitution. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Laurie Lynn Bell, 54, of 135 S. Main St., Apt. 2, Scottville, pleaded guilty Mar. 19 to third degree retail fraud and was sentenced to six days in jail with credit for six days served; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must attend AA three times per week for two years; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must obtain Soberlink for two years; and $745 in fines/costs.

-Billy Joe Barrington, 31, of 423 E. Sugar Grove Rd., Sherman Township, pleaded guilty Mar. 19 to third degree retail fraud and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $595 in fines/costs.

-Gregory Frank Accardi, 32, of 1267 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Riverton Township, pleaded guilty Mar. 19 to purchasing a pistol without a license and was sentenced to pay $447.50 in fines/costs.

-Derek Keith Latimer, Jr., 33, of 105 E. Fourth St., Apt. 3, Ludington, pleaded guilty Mar. 25 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; 12 months of probation; and $285 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Daren Luther Smith, 54, of 1713 W. Kinney Rd., Riverton Township, pleaded guilty Mar. 25 to DWLS and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; 12 months of probation; and $285 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.
