The following is police activity in Mason County over the weekend:
Friday, March 22, 2019:
– 8:22 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Meisenheimer Road west of Scottville Road, Riverton Township.
– 4:10 p.m., (MCSO), assault, Custer Road south of First Street, Custer Township. A report detailing the alleged assault filed by a 19-year-old Custer man will be forwarded to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
– 11:30 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 34-year-old Hart man was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
Saturday, March 23, 2019:
– 6:30 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Townline Road east of Darr Road, Sherman Township.
– 9:32 p.m., (MCSO), a 29-year-old Scottville man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop, US 31 and Dewey Road, Sherman Township.
– 11:13 p.m., (MCSO), larceny, a person failed to pay $33.25 for bowling at Spartan West Bowling, 2200 block of West US 10 Amber Township.
Sunday, March 24, 2019
– 2:26 a.m., (MCSO), bond violation arrest, parking lot of West Shore Community College, Victory Township. A 25-year-old Ludington man was arrested following a 911 call reporting a possible intoxicated driver. The vehicle was located, and the driver was arrested on a bond violation after it was determined he had been drinking, which was a violation of his bond.
– 2:40 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road west of LaSalle Road, Victory Township.
– 1:56 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain and Stephens roads, Sherman Township.
– 10:05 p.m., (MSP), a 21-year-old Hart man was arrested for operating without a license, US 10-31, Amber Township.
Monday, March 25, 2019:
– 1:15 a.m., (MSP), a 21-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating without a license, US 10 and Pere Marqette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
