Winter storm warning extended until Thursday.

The National Weather Service has extended the winter storm warning until 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31. Light snow is expected to diminish this evening before snow showers redevelop overnight. Some freezing drizzle is possible early this evening with additional accumulations of 1 to 4 inches through tonight. Additional accumulations are possible Tuesday through Thursday with some blowing and drifting likely. Dangerously cold wind chills will develop Tuesday afternoon and last into Thursday morning. Wind chills cold reach as low as 30 degrees below zero.
