LUDINGTON — Safe Harbor Credit Union is offering federal employees affected by the shutdown. The credit union is now offering a 0% interest, no fee loan for federal government employees who have officially missed their first full paycheck.

“We want to make sure people and families in our community aren’t affected and struggling because of this shutdown so Safe Harbor and our board decided to offer this to our members and anyone who would like to become members,” said Kyle Gurzynski, vice president of SHCU.

“We look forward to helping people during this financially difficult time.”
