Free financial resource fair scheduled for Feb. 6.
LUDINGTON — Habitat for Humanity of Mason County and Pennies from Heaven Foundation are sponsoring Show Me the Money Day Mason County, a free financial resource fair. The event will be held on Wednesday Feb. 6 from 1 to 6 p.m. at Lakeshore Resource Network, 920 E. Tinkham Ave.
Workshop schedule:
- 1 p.m., payday lending 101
- 2 p.m., home buyer education
- 3 p.m., rent smart
- 4 p.m., credit recovery
- 5 p.m., budgeting and saving (for adults and kids)
- Free tax preparation, 1 to 5 p.m.
The fair will include food and prizes.
