Hospital offering free tobacco cessation classes

LUDINGTON — Is quitting tobacco on your list of New Year’s resolutions? If so, Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital can help you make a plan to quit smoking for good. Tobacco Treatment Specialist Kelly Barnhardt will offer proven methods on how to kick the habit during a free four-week seminar. The classes meet Jan. 23, Jan. 30, Feb. 6 and Feb. 13 from 5 to 6 p.m. in suite 202 of the hospital’s medical office building.
