Bow Hunters’ Ball in Fountain, Oct. 6

FOUNTAIN — The Fountain Area Fire Department Auxiliary will hold its annual Bow Hunters’ Ball on Saturday, Oct. 6 beginning at 7 p.m. at Sherman Township Hall, 3854 E. Main St.

The event will include a chili cook off, Chinese auctions, and a raffle (first prize, Mercenary 370 cross bow; second prize, two-seat 17-feet ladder stand; third prize, Runo 200 UB pop-up blind).

Advanced tickets are $5 each and can be purchased from any auxiliary member, at Goin Fishing Bait and Tackle or Delaney’s Bar. Tickets are $8 at the door.

Music will be by Onager.
