LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felony

Parker

– Jeremy Ray Parker, 38, of 203 S. Crowley St., Scottville, was arrested by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for a felony of accosting children for immoral purposes and a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Aug. 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash.

Misdemeanors

– Tomas Antonio Lopez-Carrillo, 28, of 501 E. Melendy St., Ludington; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content (BAC), operating while intoxicated (OWI) and open intoxicants. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Dayton Mathew Budreau, 18, no address listed; Ludington Police Department (LPD); third-degree retail fraud (shoplifting). Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash. In a separate file, Budreau is charged with another count of third-degree retail fraud; MCSO. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash.

– Nicholas Lee-Scott Michels, 24, of 710 E. Main St., Hart; MCSO; no insurance. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Joshua Joseph Clements, 30, of 3017 Springbrook Dr., NW, Grand Rapids; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kyle William Cloutier, 26, of 20 E. Mechanic St., Hart; SPD; operating with a high BAC and OWI. Pretrial: Aug. 27 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Mark Kevin Grams, 59, of 3299 N Jebavy Dr., Ludington; MCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Aug. 20 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Thomas Leroy Rees, 29, of 922 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington; LPD; malicious destruction of property. Pretrial: Aug. 6 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Mitchell Murphy Myers, 34, of 606 W. Millerton Rd., Amber Township; (Michigan State Police) MSP; domestic violence and second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 6 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Tierzah Joy Spira, 19, of 219 E. Fifth St., Scottville; SPD; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Richard John Schoo, 56, of 602 E. Melendy St., Ludington; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
