LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felony

Bailey

– Christopher Wayne Bailey, 45, of 3079 N. Tuttle Rd., Sherman Township, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of uttering and publishing (a crime that involves a person uttering or publishing a true a false, forged, altered, or counterfeit record, instrument, or other writing, knowing it to be false, altered, forged, or counterfeit with intent to injure or defraud) and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: July 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Christopher Lee Thomas, 28, of 7448 Cadillac Hwy., Benzonia; LPD; malicious destruction of a building less than $200. Pretrial: July 9 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Scott James Henke, 37, of 107 E. Pere Marquette St.., Ludington; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: July 9 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Donald Bruce Masse, 60, of 6489 W. Groth Rd., Hamlin Township; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: July 9 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Guilherme De-Siqueira Dos-Santos, 17, of 410 S. Main St., Scottville; operating with a blood alcohol content (underage), operating while intoxicated, operating without insurance and improper plate. Pretrial: July 23 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Tammy Jackson Lucht, 45, of 407 N. Harrison St., Ludington; Michigan State Police (MSP); no insurance. Pretrial: July 9 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Luke Michael Knickerbocker, 23, of 1514 Millville Rd., Lapeer, Michigan; MCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: July 30 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Devonta Deshawn Guydon, 24, of 2857 Sharon Ave., SW, Wyoming, Michigan; MCSO; marijuana possession. Pretrial: July 9 at 11:45 A.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Dwan Dominick Goods, 19, of 157 Great Northern Lane, Holland, Michigan; MCSO; marijuana possession. Pretrial: July 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– John Harry Gancarz, 80, of 331 E. Colburn Rd., Free Soil Township ; MCSO; reckless driving. Pretrial: July 2 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.
