LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Curtin

– Jessica Marie Curtin, 28, of 6109 S. Brye Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested June 1 by the Michigan State Police, Hart post, (MSP) for a felony of analogue possession. Preliminary exam: June 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Wehner

– Zachary Scott Wehner, 25, no address listed, was arrested June 3 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and misdemeanors of disturbing the peace, disorderly person – jostling and trespassing. Preliminary exam: June 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

– Esther B. Mendez, 60, of 211 E. Dryden St., Hart; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: June 25 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Christopher DeShawn Armstrong, 20, of 3950 E. Decker Rd., Sherman Township; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: June 25 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
