Scottville Celebrating Success is Tuesday.

SCOTTVILLE — Several Scottville businesses will be downtown Tuesday, June 5, participating in the fifth annual Celebrating Success event from 4 to 7 p.m.

The celebration will include many activities such as a bounce house, face painting, a children’s craft, live music, beer tasting, many giveaways, and The Poker Run with a new kayak as the grand prize.

“This is a time to show the area the many businesses that are in and around Scottville,” said Nancy Sanford, chair of the event. “While we are always working hard to fill our downtown, there are also many businesses that are in the city and surrounding area.”

The event is sponsored by the Scottville Downtown Development Authority. Businesses will have displays in the 100 blocks of Main Street.

“It’s a great opportunity to come to Scottville and meet the people who work hard in this town. It’s also a chance for those businesses to say thank you,” Sanford said.
