Town hall meeting to seek resident’s perspective of life here.

LUDINGTON — A town hall meeting titled “A Great Place to Live” will be held on Wednesday, May 30 from 7 to 8 p.m. at Ludington City Hall, 400 S. Harrison St. The event is being hosted by AFFEW environmental group and Bridge Magazine.

The meeting will provide participants with an opportunity to discuss their perspective on quality of life in Michigan: How they rate their quality of life right now? What makes a healthy environment? What changes could make it better? What should be the priorities to improve quality of life for Michiganders of representatives elected in 2018?

The event is a part of Bridge Magazine’s Michigan Truth Tour, a statewide roadshow attempting to ground the upcoming state election in fact and discussion of the state’s most important issues. Throughout 2018, its Michigan Truth Squad is visiting more than 100 communities across the state to ensure all residents have equal access to reliable information they can use to prepare to vote.
