WSCC will show film discussing Japanese internment during WWII.

VICTORY TOWNSHIP — West Shore Community College will present the film “And Then They Came For Us” on Wednesday, March 7 at 12:30 p.m. at Center Stage Theater. The film chronicles the forced incarceration of 120,000 Japanese Americans during World War II; 2/3 were American citizens. The story is considered a cautionary tale of the past, but it has implications for the present day.

The film will be followed by a discussion where panel members will show how other groups of Americans were similarly targeted in the past, while others continue to come under attack from hate groups today.
