Lighthouse Realty Agents Soar in 2017, Market in 2018 continues the upward trend.

LUDINGTON — Lighthouse Realty held its annual awards dinner recently and awarded four Elite Agents for their outstanding achievements in 2017.  

From the Ludington office, Realtor Lois Janish with highest sales volume of $9,110,100 and Associate Broker Lori Dickenson with most closing sides at 61 (sales volume of $6,049,470).

In the Manistee office, Realtor Heather Barker with highest sales volume of $6,960,290 and Associate Broker Therran Ferguson with most closing sides at 42 (sale volume of $5,263,500). 

Seven top producers joined the Multi Million PLUS Club:

• Over $5 Million: Pamela Buck, Tim Gibson and Therran Ferguson.
• Over $6 Million: Lori Dickenson and Heather Barker.
• Over $7 Million: Random Messeder.
• Over $9 Million: Lois Janish.

Twelve Lighthouse Agents were inducted into the Million Dollar Club: M.A. Ferguson, Ben Korendyke, Joe Wheaton, Nathan Sheldon, John Ferguson, Dick Boyd, Don Bradley, Ingrid Wadel, John Chmielewski, Pam Weiner, Casey Tennant and Leah Gannon.

Lighthouse Realty closed 2017 with $80.7 million in sales.

Bradley said 2017 was a great year for the local real estate market. Sale prices rose steadily and buyers were coming out in droves. So much so, that inventory couldn’t keep up with the demand and that also rings true for the start of 2018.
