Deputies busy with crashes over the weekend.

The following is activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend:

Friday, Dec. 8, 2017:

– 11:31 a.m., two-vehicle crash, with injuries, US 31 near Forest Trail, Free Soil Township. A northbound vehicle on US 31 driven by a 48-year-old Manistee man rear-ended a UPS truck causing non-life-threatening injuries to both drivers.

– 11:31 p.m., one-vehicle crash, no injuries, Scottville and Wilson roads, Custer Township.

Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017:

– 4:51 a.m., disturbance/probation violation arrest, Roadway Inn, 5000 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. A 26-year-old Scottville woman was arrested following a 911 call reporting a “disturbance.” The suspect was found to have reportedly been drinking intoxicants and was on probation with a stipulation not to consume alcohol. “She was arrested and lodged without incident,” said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

– 5:25 p.m., car/deer crash, no injuries, Lakeshore Drive and Jagger Road, Hamlin Township.

Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017:

– 1:32 p.m., domestic assault, Groth Road, Hamlin Township, the case remains under investigation.

– 5:02 p.m., retail fraud, Ludington Express Mart, 5500 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township, case remains under investigation.

– 7:13 p.m., ​a 22-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a “Be on the Lookout” alert and a traffic stop, Sherman and Bryant roads, Pere Marquette Township.

– 9:17 p.m., a 28-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding Friend of the Court warrant, Mason County Sheriff’s Office, City of Ludington.

– 9:30 p.m., a 22-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant issued in Mason County, 400 block of South Washington Avenue, City of Ludington.

– 9:57 p.m., a 26-year-old Ludington man was arrested for probation violation following a 911 call from a residence, 5600 block of West Johnson Road, Pere Marquette Township.
