Embezzlement tops recent arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Frank

-David Phillip Frank, 31, of 308 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arraigned October 28, 2017 following his arrest on August 5, 2016 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on two felony counts of embezzlement from a vulnerable adult and two counts of uttering and publishing. Preliminary hearing: November 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Bauer

-Robert Jeffrey Bauer, 59, of 517 E. Chauvez Rd., Eden Township, was arrested October 23 by MSP on felony charges of possession of a firearm, felony firearms, resisting/obstructing police causing injury, resisting/obstructing police and fourth-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: November 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Kerricks

-Fremont Kerricks, 34, no address listed, was arrested October 26 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of larceny in a building and fourth-offense habitual offender along with misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and breaking and entering. Preliminary hearing: November 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Jones

-Anthony Cortez Jones, 38, of 929 N. Gaylord Ave., Ludington, was arrested October 30 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary hearing: November 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Charles Martin Kraus, 47, of 1744 Patrick Henry Rd., Amber Township; October 23; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCS), aggravated domestic assault and domestic violence. Pretrial: November 20 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Kyle David Ramirez-Winters, 25, of 912 N. Harrison St., Ludington; October 22; LPD; aggravated assault. Pretrial: November 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Orellia Sofia Correa-Cortes, 26, of 4120 N. 120^th Ave., Hart; October 25; MCSO; breaking and entering. Pretrial: November 13 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Dey Jordan Young Bradley, 20, of 3786 W. Forest Hill Cir., Amber Township; July 10; MCSO; breaking and entering a vehicle and receiving/concealing stolen property less than $200. Pretrial: November 20 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Christopher Michael Phillips, 51, of 13347 Crane Ridge Dr., Fenton, Michigan; October 27; MSP; operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: December 4 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
